With how this game’s Prestige and progression works, you’ll receive unlocks no matter what mode you play. So, we’re going with a maximized salvage and equipment drop rate in this loadout, which is massively beneficial throughout the game but especially in later rounds.
It takes a second or so to activate, but you’ll get the hang of it, and using your Ether Shroud is a LOT better than getting downed. When you start camping in corners to take out loads of zombies in later rounds, this bad boy will be an absolute godsend.
Of course, start rolling for the Ray Gun when money stops being an issue, as having this in your back pocket along with your Gallo SA12 will make you extremely hard for the undead to take down. In Black Ops ColdWar’s Zombies mode, you’ll be able to use the Create-a-Class feature to pick out your favorite weapon from the multiplayer and equip attachments to it.
Doing this can give you a massive advantage in the early rounds, and if you combine it with the right Field Upgrades as well, you can be a formidable zombie-killing machine. This shotgun can deal heavy damage in each shot, and has a rapid fire rate to help you tear through zombies.
This spreads your shotgun pellets more to the sides, allowing you to hit more zombies with each shot. It’s particularly handy for later rounds where you’ll have a large train of zombies and will want to take down as many as possible in as few a shot.
The Ranger boosts effective damage range by 30%, but decreases aim walking movement speed by 35%. For the Body, we’ve opted for the SWAT 5mw Laser Sight, increasing Hip Fire Accuracy by 35% but dropping ADS time by 8%.
Again, it’s a no-brainer here, as you’ll be hip firing your Gallo constantly, but won’t be aiming down the sights. It’s the perfect partner to have in Cold War’s zombies mode for when you find yourself on the brink of defeat.
Upgrade it completely, however, and while in the ring, your weapon will take ammo from your stock instead of the magazine, ensuring you won’t have to reload just as you’re about to be overwhelmed by the undead. There’s nothing quite as good as blasting some zombies with a shotgun, but your best options will vary depending on whether you’re in the early, mid, or late game. Below we have a list of the best weapon and best attachments to pick to help you progress in Die Machine.
Weapon : GALLO SA12 Barrel : 24.8 Task Force Body : Ember Sighting Point Magazine : Sta nag 12 Round Tube Muzzle : Flash Cone 12 GA Stock : Marathon Stock We’re going to forego the handle because it doesn’t provide any useful stats for zombies mode.
You can choose to change things up, but we don’t find the scope necessary because of the spread. We’re going with the 24.8 Task Force barrel, which drastically improves pellet damage against the zombies.
It lowers the effective range, but the shotgun is for some ups close and personal zombie-slaying action, so that doesn’t matter. It has a bonus stat that increases salvage drop rate, which will help immensely in the game’s later rounds.
It gives a slight reduction to hip-fire accuracy, but the Ember Sighting Point makes up for it. It’s not always guaranteed, but there is a very high chance of getting a Ray Gun by completing the in-game Easter Egg.
It also deals area of effect damage, making it the ultimate weapon in the game. You won’t have a problem until level 52 when you’re rocking a Ray Gun because of the super-fast zombie sprinters.
Normal enemies who enter gain a burning effect that deals fire damage. There are always instances when your character gets stuck in a corner, and Ether Shroud allows you an escape route.
Zombies mode in Call of Duty: Black Ops Collar can be approached in a number of different ways, from searching for Easter eggs and hunting Dark Ether crystals to simply shredding zombies with the mode's best weapons. The best of this weapon's four elemental upgrades is probably the Electrobolt, which uses lightning energy to roast the undead.
Barrel : 24.8” Task Force Body : SWAT 5mW Laser Sight Magazine : Sta nag 12 Round Tube Handle : MIKE Force Rear Grip Muzzle : Serpent Wrap Stock : Marathon Stock Perks : Gunshot, Ghost, Pack-A-Punch The Ray Gun has seen its ups and downs in terms of power since its first appearance in Call of Duty: World at War, but Collar has made this weapon a viable zombie killer once again.
It uses powerful projectiles that blast through waves of zombies like a hot knife through butter. The Ray Gun appears (extremely) rarely inside mystery boxes.
If you want to up the difficulty in Zombies, you can simply use the Knife, which is the perfect melee weapon. The best part is that you can upgrade it by way of a Pack-A-Punch machine, which will turn it into the Closing Argument.

The Black Ops Collar beta was pretty much the right choice over the weekend, allowing us to cool our heads while we tried to pinpoint the best attachments, loadouts, and other things in general. The game’s running very smoothly, and we honestly kind of liked it, even though it slightly falls behind Modern Warfare.
The AK47 offers more significant damage than any other AR, making it the strongest one of its category. For that reason, we’re here to see at the best weapon attachments for the AK-47 and get as close as we can to the laser beam phenomenon.
Optic: Mill stop Reflex (due to the extra magnification compared to the other reflex scope) Muzzle: Muzzle Break 7.62 or Infantry Compensator (The AK-47 deals with vertical recoil more than horizontal) Barrel: 18.2 Paratrooper Body: Steady Aim Laser or Swat 5MW Laser Sight Under barrel: Field Agent Grip Magazine: 40RD Handle: Warden Tight Grip Stock: Tactical Stock, Wire Stock, or Duster Stock. No matter the gun, the best possible attachments are at the same hierarchical position in the loadout menu.

With the release of Call of Duty: Black Ops Collar, a whole new era of the Zombies game mode came with it. This iteration of Zombies has made tons of changes from previous entries, making it better for both veterans and beginners alike.
Unlike previous installments, the loadouts change as the game progresses, allowing you to upgrade it to become incredibly overpowered, capable of destroying zombies swiftly. There are multiple things you can do in order to make it harder for zombies to do so much damage to you.
Stems are a Tactical “Grenade” that when used, will instantly start your health regeneration and cause it to recover quicker. Going down in Zombies sets you back quite a bit in this installment with the changes to the Points system, so survivability is more important than ever.
When mixed with Juggling, Armor, and Quick Revive, you get tons of survivability to make it near impossible to down. Shock wave Wonder Weapon, so you never have to spend Essence on Trials or the Mystery Box to only have a chance at getting it.
All you have to do is kill the Megaton and pick up a key card, put it in a computer inside the Weapons Lab, and take the item it gives you to the Living Room. The Mystery Box has been a staple since World At War, however, in Black Ops Collar the mechanics have changed.
The Mystery Box will increase the likelihood of getting a higher rarity gun the latter in the game it is. Kill streaks are a new feature to Zombies in Black Ops Collar, and do incredible amounts of damage.
Armor is new to Black Ops Collar Zombies, and have instantly become as important as Juggling is. Armor gives you a lot more survivability, which is the most important part of Zombies.
While it's tempting to use Salvage to upgrade your starting weapon and guns, it's more important to get Level 3 Armor instead. Afterward, you get teleported to the Dark Ether to watch the cutscene and when you return, there's a crate that you can open that gives you a ton of loot.
It being a Wall Buy takes out any randomness and gives you a guaranteed powerful gun right off the bat. While Ether Shroud gives you a nice escape plan if you ever get cornered, Ring Of Fire makes you devastatingly powerful and capable of flipping through rounds in a matter of minutes.
Getting a melee kill gets you the most Essence gain (that and headshots), and the Knife doesn't drop off for a good while. This is the best way to maximize Essence gain early on and gives you a ton to work with in order to buy your Perks and upgrade your weapons.
