There's really only one main Easter egg (aka the Story) with some side stuff to do that may make it easier on you, but the main Easter eggs are pretty convoluted, very time-consuming, and some are not doable without a full party of 4 players. However, this is only for online sessions though, and there is a benefit in the final map for completing all of them.
